Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Generalist Support I to join our team. This entry-level position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing broad administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, professional, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate files (digital and physical).
- Support HR functions such as preparing onboarding materials, coordinating interviews, and assisting with employee documentation.
- Help with procurement tasks, including ordering office supplies and managing vendor communications.
- Prepare standard reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as directed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Assist with special projects and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new systems.
