Job Description
The Graphic Designer III is a seasoned creative professional responsible for leading the design and development of high-impact visual content across digital and print platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand standards, marketing strategies, and business objectives. As a mid-to-senior level role, the Graphic Designer III will mentor junior designers, contribute to design strategy, and drive innovation in visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications, refining guidelines as needed.
- Lead design projects from concept through completion, managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Partner with marketing, product, and communications teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
- Research design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce new techniques that enhance visual engagement.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior designers to elevate team performance.
- Review and refine designs for accuracy, visual appeal, and alignment with business goals before final delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Canva).
- Strong skills in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and defend design concepts.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals.
- Meticulous approach to quality, accuracy, and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines effectively.
