Position Overview:
As a Landscape Laborer (Field Crew Member), you will be responsible for supporting a variety of landscaping tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and installation of landscape features. This is a physically active, hands-on role that requires endurance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading/unloading tools, equipment, and materials

Perform site clean-up, debris removal, and general labor tasks

Support planting, mulching, grading, and hardscape installation

Operate hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently

Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from job sites or company yard

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Willingness to learn and take direction

Positive attitude and strong team spirit

Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required
