About Futures First
Futures First is a transformative initiative servingTransitional Age Youth (TAY)ages 16–28 facing housing insecurity, justice involvement, foster care histories, and behavioral health challenges. We walk with youth from crisis to stability and toward long-term independence.
What You"ll Do:
·Oversee APF's housing programs, including Rapid Rehousing and 24-hour shelter services
·Ensure compliance with HMIS/Clarity, Medi-Cal, and CalAIM standards
·Supervise housing navigators, site supervisors, and peer staff
·Partner with landlords, housing authorities, and community agencies to open doors for youth
·Track outcomes and manage data for reporting and funding accountability
What We"re Looking For:
·3+ years' experience in housing navigation, youth services, or case management
·1+ year in program or team leadership
·Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Urban Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
·Strong knowledge of Rapid Rehousing frameworks and HMIS/Clarity
·Trauma-informed, youth-centered approach to care
·Lived experience and/or bilingual (Spanish, Khmer, Tagalog) a strong plus
