Variable pay: 10% performance bonus over and above fixed salary
Work Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune
Work Mode: 4 Days Work from Office, 1 day work from home
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
Cab Facility: Available within a 15 km radius from the office.
Role: RTR Associate
The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process efficiency. It also involves supporting audits, financial reporting, SAP improvements, and driving automation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- CA/CMA or MBA from a reputed institute with at least 2 years of relevant RTR experience
- Experience in external audit or Tech/IT Services MNCs is preferred
- Hands-on experience with mandatorily in SAP and strong Excel skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
