What You'll Accomplish
Define & Shape Portfolio Strategy
• Own and manage the complete Electromechanical portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Identify portfolio gaps and future growth opportunities across geared motors, gear
units, and motor technologies.
• Drive portfolio optimization, localization, and standardization initiatives.
• Develop migration strategies for legacy products and next-generation solutions.
• Influence future product development through deep market and customer insights.
Drive Market-Led Product Development
• Analyze trends in:o Geared Motors
o Industrial Gearboxes
o Electric Motors
o Mechanical Power Transmission
o Motion & Drive Applications
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and cost-performance analysis.
• Gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights from OEMs, machine builders, and
industrial manufacturers.
• Build business cases for portfolio investments and growth opportunities.
Lead Go-to-Market Success
• Translate global product roadmaps into regional growth strategies.
• Develop compelling value propositions tailored to customer applications and
industries.
• Support product launches, customer adoption programs, and growth campaigns.
• Equip sales teams with product knowledge, competitive insights, and application
expertise.
• Accelerate market adoption and portfolio penetration.

What We're Looking For
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, EnTC, Mechanical, Mechatronics or
related engineering or automation disciplines
Experience
• 8-10 years of experience in:o Electromechanical Products

o Mechanical Power Transmission
o Product Management
o Application Engineering
o Technical Sales
o Industrial Automation
Preferred Background
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, motion applications, and mechanical
drive systems.
• Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, and industrial manufacturing
customers.
• Exposure to both sales and application engineering functions is highly desirable.
• Previous product management experience will be a significant advantage.
