What You'll Own
Define the Future Drives Portfolio
• Lead and manage Drives portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Identify portfolio gaps, emerging trends, and localization opportunities for the Indian
market.
• Develop migration strategies from legacy platforms to next-generation drive
technologies.
• Recommend portfolio enhancements, expansion opportunities, and future product
investments.
Transform Market Insights into Business Growth
• Analyze market trends across:o Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
o AC Drives
o Decentralized Drive Systems
o Energy-Efficient Automation Solutions
o Industrial Controls
• Track competitors and identify opportunities for market differentiation.
• Gather customer insights from OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and
end users.
• Build compelling business cases that support growth and investment decisions.
Drive Product Launches & Market Adoption
• Translate global product roadmaps into successful regional growth strategies.
• Define value propositions, positioning, and messaging for drive solutions.

What We're Looking For
Education
o Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, EnTC, Mechanical, Mechatronics
or related engineering or automation disciplines
Experience
• 8-10 years of experience in one or more of the following:o Product Management

o Drives & Motion Control
o Application Engineering
o Technical Sales
o Automation Consulting
Preferred Background
• Strong understanding of machine automation and motor control applications.
• Experience working with OEM machine builders and industrial automation
customers.
• Exposure to both sales and application engineering environments is highly
desirable.
• Product portfolio management experience will be a significant advantage.
