What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and support production teams in Printing, Die-Cutting, and Finishing to meet quality and safety goals.
- Ensure compliance with SQF and ISO standards, including safety and food packaging requirements.
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and train employees for safe and efficient operations.
- Foster a positive work environment through team building, clear communication, and hands-on supervision.
- Oversee housekeeping, production records, and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, manage inventory and supplies, and coordinate with management and QA teams.
- Daily communication with the Plant Operations Manager.
**Applicants must be willing and able to work additional hours, including overtime and weekends, as required by our round-the-clock production demands. All overtime is paid according to legal requirements.**
Requirements:
What Experience You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 8 years of manufacturing experience—preferably in folding carton, print, or packaging.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of folding carton manufacturing and regulatory standards (SQF, ISO 9001-2015) highly preferred; related industry experience will be considered.
- Strong team leadership, training, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills for production and inventory systems.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
