Job Description:
Responsible for the functional oversight, configuration, and ongoing support of the UKG Workforce Management Pro application. This role ensures the integrity of workforce data, adherence to compliance standards, and optimal performance of scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting modules. The analyst plays a key role in supporting advanced scheduling, labor analytics and timekeeping through cross-functional collaboration with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance and IT-ERP teams. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and deep expertise in UKG WFM Pro functionality—with a focus on optimizing scheduling strategies, interpreting labor metrics, and managing timekeeping processes to support organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information System, Human Resources or related field required.
- Strong workforce management systems knowledge, preferably with a large system; UKG WFM Pro preferred. Advanced Scheduling, Timekeeping and Labor Analytics, BI experience preferred.
- Experience with payroll, HR or workforce management processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws and FLSA.
- Prior experience in healthcare of hospital environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and maintain implementation documents.
- Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Data extraction, report design and writing preferred.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio. Advanced Excel skills.
