What You'll Do:
- Team Leadership: Supervise experienced technician teams across multiple restoration projects, ensuring work meets industry standards and customer expectations.
- Technical Operations: Oversee water extraction, fire/smoke cleanup, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, and demolition projects using professional-grade equipment.
- Customer Relations: Maintain professional communication with customers throughout projects, documenting work for insurance purposes and ensuring satisfaction.
- Professional Development: Stay current with IICRC standards and restoration techniques through ongoing training and certification programs.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proficient English skills – You can read, write, and communicate clearly
- Ability to Pass our Background Check – You can pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Valid driver's license – Must meet our insurance requirements
- QuickBooks Time experience – Or a willingness to learn it quickly
- IICRC Certified – In Water Restoration (WRT) or Fire and Smoke (FSRT)
- Experience – In restoration work, cleaning, or construction
- Dependability & flexibility: Able to work variable hours, including after-hours emergencies
- Respirator fit test: Ability to pass on your first day and maintain eligibility throughout employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills including Excel for inventory management
- Experience in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, or specialty cleaning
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project measurement, sketching, and cost calculations
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
