Job Description
- Managing reconstruction projects end-to-end, both in the office and the field
- Running a crew of 2–3 tradesmen with strong leadership and clear direction
- Creating accurate scopes using Xactimate
- Working directly with insurance adjusters to secure scope approvals
- Delivering outstanding customer service and communication throughout every project
- Overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Juggling multiple jobs and priorities effectively
- Using tools like Matterport for job documentation (a plus!)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of restoration/reconstruction experience
- Solid leadership experience on job sites
- Strong estimating skills with Xactimate
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Matterport technology (preferred)

PPE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. Gloves, Safety Glasses, Mask, Work Boots, Haz Mat Uniform)
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is exposed to varying extreme weather conditions based on geographic location and job site. This includes hazardous driving conditions when traveling to the customer site. Frequently working in confined spaces such as crawl space or attic. Exposure to Cat 1, 2, and 3 water damage that may include mold, asbestos, and other hazardous materials.

Compensation for Full-time Employees:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
Company Vehicle will be provided.
