Med Spa Patient Coordinator & Sales Specialist

Radiance Medspa is seeking an experienced, polished, sales-driven professional to join our growing aesthetics and wellness team in Louisville.
This is NOT a traditional front desk position. This role combines:
• patient experience
• consultative sales
• memberships and retail sales
• social media support
• events and marketing
• and business growth
We are specifically seeking an experienced sales and patient relationship professional — not an administrative receptionist.
We are looking for someone who loves people, beauty, wellness, skincare, sales, and luxury client service.
Requirements
Candidates MUST have:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
- med spa
- aesthetic dermatology
- plastic surgery
- cosmetic dentistry
- luxury spa/wellness
- luxury retail
- hospitality-focused sales
• Proven sales success and relationship-building ability
• Strong tenure and reliability in previous roles
• Comfort with KPIs, sales goals, and growth metrics
• Strong communication and technology skills
• Availability for Tuesday–Saturday schedule plus occasional evenings/weekend events
• Availability between 8:30 AM–7:00 PM as scheduled
• Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Louisville, CO
This is not an entry-level position and is not intended as a pathway into becoming a provider or aesthetician.
Responsibilities
• Drive treatment plan conversions, memberships, retail sales, and patient retention
• Deliver a luxury-level patient experience
• Follow up with leads and consultations
• Capture photo/video content for social media
• Participate in events and promotional campaigns
• Support clinic growth goals and KPIs
Preferred Experience
• Med spa or aesthetics industry experience
• Social media/content creation
• Retail merchandising
• HIPAA familiarity
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay plus incentives.
Expected Compensation:
$25–$32+/hour equivalent earning potential including incentives
Starting pay will align with applicable experience
