Aaction Rents is looking for an experienced Equipment Technician who can hit the ground running and work independently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—supporting multiple store locations, troubleshooting in the field, and taking ownership of repairs from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of rental equipment both in-shop and at customer job sites
- Travel between store locations and job sites in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Work independently while supporting overall shop and store operations as needed
- Communicate clearly with Service Coordinators, store teams, and customers on job status and timelines
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate repair logs
- Operate and test equipment to ensure safe and proper functionality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Stay current with ongoing training and development (minimum 20 hours annually)
Compensation details: 30-35 Hourly Wage
