Position Overview
T and B Pizza Inc is hiring a reliable and energetic Shaker Board Sign Holder to help promote store specials and increase customer traffic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and bringing positive energy while representing our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold and actively wave promotional signage in high-traffic areas
- Attract attention from passing vehicles and pedestrians
- Represent the Papa Murphy's brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Follow all safety guidelines while working near roadways and sidewalks
- Communicate customer feedback or questions to store management
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and remain active for 2–4 hour shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
- Positive attitude and high energy
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, promotional, or outdoor work experience
- Comfortable engaging with the public
Work Schedule
Shift length: Typically 2–3 hours per shift
- Fridays: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Saturdays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (may be split into multiple shorter shifts)
- Tuesdays: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Additional shifts may be available based on business needs
