What You’ll Do
• Help customers troubleshoot and get the most from Maple Systems’ HMI and industrial products via phone and email
• Document product issues and provide actionable feedback to engineering — your insights directly influence the product roadmap
• Create how-to guides, sample projects, and training videos that help customers succeed independently
• Partner with the sales team on pre- and post-sale technical questions to help customers find the right solution
• Assess customer needs and route them appropriately between technical support and sales
• Create and manage support tickets in our ERP system for yourself and team members
• Evaluate new products and training materials, keeping your expertise sharp and current
What You Bring
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, HMIs, OITs, PCs, and PLCs
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer service or technical support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• 2–5 years of related experience with technical software or hardware products
Nice to Have
• Previous help desk experience with a technical product
Role Details
Location: Everett, WA — on-site (no remote work at this time)
Schedule: Full-time position in a professional office environment
Team structure: Individual contributor role; no supervisory responsibilities
Work environment: Standard office setting with moderate noise, desktop equipment, and frequent phone and computer use
