Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Remote Travel Specialist to focus on cruise and resort bookings. In this role, you will help clients plan dream vacations, matching them with the perfect destinations and experiences based on their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Research and book cruises, resorts, and travel packages
- Customize itineraries based on client desires and budgets
- Leverage top supplier partnerships for deals and upgrades
- Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt, professional service
- Stay updated on supplier promotions and industry best practices
- Maintain client files and booking details accurately
- Attend training and certification webinars
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable learning travel platforms and booking tools
- Passion for helping others and love of travel
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
