MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB SUMMARY:
We are lookingfor a skilled Maintenance Supervisorto join our team at our luxury student housing community in Austin, Texas.The MaintenanceSupervisorwillbe responsible formaintainingand caring for a mixture of 1,2-,3-,4- and 5-bedroom apartments, as well asmaintainingthephysical integrity of thegrounds.Applicantshould strive to make our clients happy, completing work ordersina timelymanner, and handling emergencies as needed.The supervisorwill also oversee all maintenance personnel.Lots of room for future growth, as we grow, so join our team today!

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities.
- Management,oversight,and performance of all turnover activities (inspections, cleaning, painting, Contractor Coordination’s.
- Maintenance of grounds and landscaping (watering, mowing, weeding, snow removal,etc.) and/or supervision of.
- Processing all work ordersin a timely manner.
- Assistingin all emergency maintenance situations.
- Oversight anddirectingmaintenancepersonnel.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
MAINTANCE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:
- HVAC certificationrequired(EPA Certification)
- Applicable Pool Operator License preferred (CPO)
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, appliance repair,and carpentry skills
- Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- Computer proficient; Microsoft programs (excel, word, email)
- Valid driver's license/transportation (to and from work)required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entrata experienceis a plus
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to navigate property which may require climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the head, and reaching forward.
- Occasionallyclimbingladders.Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
