About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Lead Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading a small crew, completing high-quality installations, and ensuring each job is done safely and on time.

What You Will Do
- Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, cleaning, crack repair)
- Install epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems
- Apply basecoats, flakes, and topcoats
- Lead a 1–2 person crew on job sites
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Complete jobs on schedule
Responsibilities
- Drive company truck and transport equipment
- Set up and clean job sites
- Train and support team members
- Communicate with customers in a professional way
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of concrete coating experience preferred
- Experience using concrete grinders and tools
- Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Able to work long, active days
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
