Role Overview
The Program Manager at WNS Collective is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-layered programs that drive digital-led business transformation. You will oversee a portfolio of related projects, ensuring they align with our clients' strategic goals while maximizing ROI through process optimization, AI integration, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Define program objectives and success metrics that align with the client’s bottom line and WNS’s "Outperformance" philosophy.
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams (e.g., Analytics, IT, and Customer Experience) to prevent bottlenecks and ensure seamless delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between C-suite client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, fostering a culture of "Co-creation."
- Financial Stewardship: Own the program budget, including financial modeling, resource allocation, and tracking value realization (benefits management).
- Risk & Governance: Establish program governance frameworks and proactively identify, mitigate, and report on cross-project risks.
- Change Leadership: Drive organizational change management initiatives, ensuring high adoption rates for new digital tools and automated processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 7+ years in Project/Program Management, preferably within the Business Process Management (BPM) or Professional Services sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or PMP/PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and data analytics platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and "influence without authority" skills—the ability to align diverse global teams.
- Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and portfolio management software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com).
