Key Responsibilities:

- Efficient Documentation: Maintain accurate EHR records, locking notes within 72 hours and managing labs/refills daily to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborative Practice: Participate in quality initiatives and organizational meetings to help us remain a leader in VBC.
What You Bring:
- Education: Graduate Degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) or Degree from an accredited PA program.
- Certification: National Board Certification and an active Florida license in good standing.
- Experience: 3+ years in a primary care setting preferred.
- Language:Fluency in Creole is required.
- VBC Mindset: Familiarity with Value-Based Care and a desire to meet high standards of preventive health.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate EHR systems with ease and accuracy.
