What You’ll Do:
- Manage California work comp claims from start to finish, including medical and indemnity benefits.
- Handle moderate to high exposure cases, litigation, and settlement strategies.
- Collaborate with legal teams and internal partners to drive claims to resolution.
- Mentor peers and serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of workers’ comp claims experience, including complex cases.
- California jurisdiction expertise is a must.
- Ability to work West Coast hours (M–F, 8am–5pm PST).
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
