The Impact You’ll Own
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will set the vision and deliver results for revenue cycle strategy and operations across the system. Your span includes the Patient Assistance Center, Hospital & Ambulatory Registration, Health Information Management, Coding, Patient Financial Services, Financial Counseling, and Revenue Integrity—leading Directors and their teams to drive access, accuracy, and performance at scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect a bestinclass revenue cycle and execute transformation roadmaps that improve patient access and financial outcomes.
- Establish and monitor enterprise KPIs, building analytics capabilities to illuminate trends, remove friction, and accelerate cash.
- Lead complex problemsolving—from charge capture and CDM integrity to denials, underpayment management, and vendor performance.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with regulatory and payer requirements (HIPAA, EMTALA, reimbursement rules).
- Inspire highperforming teams and deliver crisp executive updates to senior leadership on progress, outcomes, and opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of progressively responsible revenue cycle leadership in large, complex healthcare systems; 7+ years in senior roles leading multiple functions.
- Experience managing 100+ employees and partnering across Scheduling, Registration, HIM/Medical Records, Coding, Revenue Integrity/Chargemaster, and Financial Operations.
- Epic expertise required (Epic certification preferred); proven success in hospital systems of 600+ beds and ≥ $1B revenue.
- HFMA certification preferred; bilingual skills valued.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and a track record of building collaborative, highperforming cultures.
Compensation & Total Rewards
- Annual Salary Range: $230,422.20 – $339,872.00 (commensurate with experience).
