As an RN Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role under the direction of the Nurse Manager — supervising, assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care and staff development. You’ll help ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and meaningful care in a diverse healthcare environment.
This position serves as a leader and resource within the department for daily operations, promoting alignment with organizational goals while fostering collaboration and professional growth across your team.
Hourly Pay Range: $41.56 – $61.30
Qualifications

Experience:
Certification/Licensure:

Current, valid AZ RN license, temporary AZ RN license, or compact state RN license

Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing

BLS certification (AHA-approved) required upon hire
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations

Basic computer proficiency preferred
