We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse functions under the guidance of the Operations Manager at our Goodyear, AZ facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Schedule: Monday- Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20/hour + $1.50/hour raise upon completing 8-week training
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and support a team of associates to meet performance goals
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, document, and implement warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that improve consistency, safety, and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (3PL experience preferred)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment workflows
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage operations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be flexible and willing to be cross-trained into other warehouse departments

- Work efficiently to meet daily order volume and accuracy goals.
