Fusion is seeking multiple EHR Software Trainers to support contract engagements across the U.S. These roles are critical to ensuring smooth adoption of our platform in correctional health settings. While prior EHR experience is helpful, it's not required, Fusion provides comprehensive training. Positions include a blend of remote and on-site work, with significant travel to correctional facilities. All travel expenses are fully covered. Current openings are in Tennessee, Illinois, and Oregon.

What You'll Do:
- Learn and guide others on system functionality to optimize user efficiency
- Review workflow guides and clearly communicate process changes
- Deliver over-the-shoulder coaching and in-person support while standing and moving throughout a facility
- Observe and communicate feedback effectively, troubleshooting basic issues in real time
- Submit accurate, detailed support tickets as needed
- Maintain HIPAA certification annually
- Represent Fusion professionally in correctional environments
Who You Are:
- Prior mentoring, coaching, or training experience (formal or informal)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users effectively
- Full-time availability for both remote and on-site work during the contract period
- Technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take complex topics and explain them in simpler, easy-to-understand terms
- Background in healthcare or related fields (preferred)
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (preferred)
- Comfort with frequent travel and working in correctional facility environments
- Ability to successfully pass a background check for on-site work
Additional Details:
- This role does involve the heavy travel to client sites.

- Hourly Rate Range: $20-25
