Fusion Health is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Business Development Team. This individual will play a critical role in showcasing the value of our platform to prospective clients, delivering high-quality demonstrations that highlight workflows, integrations, and impact within healthcare environments.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who thrives in fast-paced, competitive settings and can transform complex technology into clear, compelling client stories. This role requires someone who can quickly understand client needs, tailor demos on the fly, and bring energy and clarity to every interaction.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver engaging, accurate product demonstrations that showcase value, workflows, and integrations.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand client needs and tailor demos accordingly.
- Support technical discovery, solution design, and RFP responses.
- Stay current on product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape.
- Share demo feedback with Product and Engineering to inform continuous improvement.
- Provide light troubleshooting and technical support during pre-sales and early onboarding.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical, technical, or business field preferred.
- 2+ years in healthcare technology, ideally with hands-on EHR or pharmacy management experience.
- Clinical background (nursing, pharmacy, or allied health) strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with leading EHR vendors or pharmacy solutions.
- Strong communicator and presenter, able to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly insights.
- Analytical and solution-oriented, with a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
- Competitive mindset and resilience, with experience in performance-driven environments.
- Eager to grow your career in pre-sales and technical solution delivery within healthcare technology.
- Willingness to travel and be onsite with clients, as needed.
Additional Details:
- This is a hybrid position located in our Woodbridge NJ office location. This role will involve the potential travel to client sites.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000.
- At Fusion, our salary ranges are designed to be competitive within our size and industry. Compensation is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package that also includes benefits, flexibility, and growth opportunities.
- Individual pay decisions are informed by several factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skillset, and internal equity across the organization.
