What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in helping patients return to work, regain function, and thrive in an orthopedic setting.

- Creating personalized treatment plans for work – related orthopedic injuries
- Delivering functional rehab through work conditioning and job-specific exercises
- Administering post-offer employment and fit-for-duty testing
- Implementing early intervention and injury prevention strategies
- Documenting efficiently with a streamlined, therapist-friendly EMR
