What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in helping patients return to work, regain function, and thrive in an orthopedic setting.

Your days will include:

Creating personalized treatment plans for work – related orthopedic injuries
Delivering functional rehab through work conditioning and job-specific exercises
Administering post-offer employment and fit-for-duty testing
Implementing early intervention and injury prevention strategies
Documenting efficiently with a streamlined, therapist-friendly EMR
Working side-by-side with a team that shares ideas, celebrates wins, and actually has fun at work
