Staffing Office Specialist

As a key member of the Nursing Administration team, the Staffing Office Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient patient care through strategic staffing coordination. This position is responsible for managing and allocating in-house patient care providers, leveraging both the internal Float Pool and external Nursing Registry Vendors to meet fluctuating staffing needs.
With a strong focus on organization and communication, the Specialist performs a variety of essential administrative and clerical tasks.
Hourly Pay Range: $17.54 - $25.87

Effective organizational skills are required to adapt to an ever-changing environment, establish priorities while working under time constraints, and coordinate a variety of projects.

Requires critical thinking skills to balance needs with available resources.

Requires excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Bilingual is preferred.

Must be able to demonstrate competencies in various computer applications, including MS Excel and Outlook. Some departments may also require proficiency in KRONOS scheduler and Vizient contract labor optimizer.

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with all levels of staff.
