Director of Operations, Primary Care Position Summary
The Director of Operations, Primary Care, provides operational and administrative oversight for the physician network’s Primary Care practices. The Director ensures these practices deliver exceptional patient care, meet performance goals, and operate in alignment with health system strategies and specialty service line priorities.
Director of Operations, Primary Care Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in physician practice operations or health system ambulatory services is required.
Director of Operations, Primary Care Schedule
- Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday
- Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.
