Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data from various sources into our database accurately and efficiently
- Review data for errors, correct any inaccuracies, and ensure data integrity
- Follow data entry processes and procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Keep track of received data and source documents, as well as any rejected records
- Identify and report any data discrepancies or anomalies to the appropriate parties
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies at all times
- Work closely with other team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed efficiently
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any data entry issues or system errors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
- Familiarity with data confidentiality and security protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
