Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Tech Support member within our Information Technology Department! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the department: Information Technology plays a critical role in supporting clinical care, administrative operations, patient safety, and data security. It is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of all technological systems that enable CMH to efficiently and deliver high-quality healthcare.
A typical day will include: performing Information technology functions, including: review, recommendation, installation, configuration, protection, and training of computer systems for the organization.
- Troubleshoots and repairs client / network hardware and software problems.
- Ensures that systems are compliant with CMH and federal / state guidelines, including HIPAA
- Installs and moves IT hardware, software, and printers within the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education in computer systems or extensive on-the-job training permitted.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Tech Support
- Skills: organization, able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking
- Licensure/Certification: N/A
- Physical: ability to work prolonged periods of sitting, standing and/or walking.
The position is Full-Time, days 8:30am-5pm.
