Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is hiring a Physician Recruiter.
The Physician Recruitment Department works closely with organizational leaders to fill vacancies to ensure the best care is provided to our patients or residents.
A typical day includes: collaborating with leaders, hiring managers/directors and the Director of Medical Staff Services to create accurate job descriptions, creating and executing passive and active sourcing and recruitment strategies through educational programs, social media, professional organizations, and continuously developing networks/partnerships, coordinating interviews and filling open positions. The Physician Recruiter can expect to recruit Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Mental Health Providers and Pharmacists. This will also include recruitment and scheduling of Locum providers as and when needed.
The position is Full-Time Days, 8am-4:30pm, with the ability to have a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as necessary. Some travel may be required.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of direct recruitment of physicians or related experience working in the healthcare field with physicians
- Education: Bachelors degree or greater in human resources, business, healthcare, marketing and/or communications
- Licensure/Certification: N/A
