RESPONSIBILITIES:

Orthodontic records including Itero Scans and Orthodontic Photographs.
Verifying insurance benefits.
Working closely with the orthodontist to develop treatment plans.
Discussing financials with parents/patients.
Coordinating appointments.
Providing excellent customer service while having fun with our patients.
Ability to self-manage in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
Being highly motivated to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Daily and Weekly tracking reports: End of month numbers turned into the practice manager at the end of each month.
Prep daily and weekly charts.
