You'll be the face of our communities, educating the public on what makes us special and supporting wonderful families through the entire admission process. Your work directly contributes to creating an environment of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and joy.
What You'll Do:
- Build meaningful relationships: Develop strong connections with key referral sources like skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and healthcare professionals through strategic sales calls and marketing efforts.
- Be a trusted resource: Deliver vital information to external medical professionals, sharing success stories and clinical updates.
- Drive engagement: Organize community education events and presentations, becoming a go-to resource for information exchange.
- Guide families: Provide insightful tours of our communities and conduct assessments for potential residents.
- Ensure seamless transitions: Respond quickly to leads and manage the admission process with doctors, families, and facility staff.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with all facility departments to ensure smooth admission and discharge decisions.
- Strategic planning: Implement monthly marketing plans and lead weekly sales meetings to track progress.
- Daily impact: Maintain a consistent presence with primary referral sources through daily face-to-face contacts and detailed CRM logging.
Who You Are:
- You have a proven track record in sales (at least 2 years), with a strong ability to close high-quality leads. Healthcare sales experience is a plus!
- You can eloquently articulate a company's mission, services, and unique story.
- You possess exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to lead management.
- You're a natural at developing internal marketing strategies and training staff.
- A degree in Communications, Business, Health Care, or a related field is preferred.
- You understand the importance of maintaining resident confidentiality (HIPAA).
- You have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and personal auto insurance.
- You're ready to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $45,000
- Plus: Excellent monthly commission and bonus opportunities!
