We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver for a Parking Enforcement position at our parking facilities throughout downtown Duluth.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Travel throughout the downtown Duluth area and be responsible for parking enforcement and compliance at a variety of parking facilities.
- Identify and cite parking violators.
- Assist parkers with payment platforms as needed.
- Track and record violations, recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
- Audit monthly parking users by location.
- Communicate with the Duluth Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills.
- Comfortable with using new technology.
- Ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, with or without supervision, as required.
- Ability to work outside year-round.
- Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier
- Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience.

Schedule:
Thursday-Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Hours/Week: Full-Time, 32 hours/week
