As the Lead Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative therapies and exceptional care, including IV Drip Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and more. You'll also play a pivotal role in leading a team, shaping the store culture, and driving the mission to help people feel better and do more of what they love.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through the administration of IV Drips, Injections & other medical services.
- Educate and provide proactive sales & membership recommendations to clients based on clients wellness plans and needs.
- Building a team-oriented, high-energy store environment.
- Managing medical operations, inventory, ordering, audits, and compliance.
- Chart client visits via electronic medical records (EMR).
- Communicate effectively & timely to Restore Corporate any issues or adverse effects clients experience.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment
- Participates in community outreach, off-site events, and/or special projects.
- Interview, train, and mentor new nurses at their locations
- Disseminates policy updates and acts as a liaison between the corporate team and your studio team
- Regularly evaluates the nursing staff to ensure high quality skill levels and best practices
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state you are applying
- Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer
- Must be available to work during all store operating hours including weekends
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar) preferred
- Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion
- Must be comfortable with patient charting and EMR systems
- Experience in business, sales, and/or management is a plus
