About this role:
We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of complex software products and driving customer satisfaction. This is a product role requiring strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Ensure that quality standards and acceptance testing are upheld throughout the delivery process. Drive process improvements via retrospectives and lessons learned to continuously improve team productivity and efficiency.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or related technical field is a plus.
- Experience managing software delivery in Agile or Scrum environments with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Experience in relevant sectors (e.g., SaaS, Health tech, veterinary, or other software-intensive industries).
