About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior IT Administrator to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role is suited for a technically strong professional who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and is comfortable working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will be a team player who brings a service-oriented mindset and is ready to support both day-to-day operations and long-term system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Systems & Infrastructure: Maintain and support internal tooling, servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Network & Security: Administer network infrastructure and enforce security controls, patching, and compliance protocols.
Operations & Support: Provide Tier 3 support, collaborate with technical teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain clear technical documentation; apply IT best practices for configuration, access control, and disaster recovery.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver user-friendly solutions, and promote a service-oriented culture.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in IT system administration and infrastructure support.
Working experience on cloud platforms
Automation skills
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of hosting environments and server management.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
