The Purpose:
The Cash Account team, part of PPRO’s Cash Flow domain, builds technologies that keeps our customers happy by simplifying and standardizing their cash movement through our banking network as well as offering new values as they grow their business whilst strengthening the relationship with our bank partners. We ultimately aim to unify our customers’ journey of their cash movement across all regions by absorbing all the complexity and offering standardized services and reporting.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define and Lead Strategy:
Develop and communicate clear product statements and requirements for cash account aligning with PPRO’s business goals.
Own and evolve the cash account product portfolio, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a strong value proposition for customers.
- Innovate and Build Market-Leading Products:
Design and develop innovative cash account solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Improve automation and accuracy, reducing manual operations efforts for customers.
- Drive Operational Excellence:
Own a multi-quarter roadmap, breaking down complex initiatives into shippable features that align with business priorities.
Define and track key product metrics to continuously improve banking performance and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution.
- Enhance Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless cash account processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, gathering insights and ensuring alignment.
- Build and Foster a High-Performing Team:
Collaborate closely with engineering and domain leadership to accelerate product innovation.
Champion a customer-centric mindset within the team, driving meaningful and impactful solutions.
