Position Summary:
As a Team Member at Firehouse Subs, you are the face of our brand. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing our signature subs with care, and keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly attitude and genuine smile
Take orders accurately in-store and/or via phone
Prepare sandwiches and food items according to Firehouse Subs standards
Maintain food safety and cleanliness guidelines
Work as part of a team to meet customer needs and ensure a great dining experience
Restock food, utensils, and supplies as needed
Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
Uphold Firehouse Subs’ values of passion, excellence, and family
Deliver Firehouse Subs’ mission of hearty and flavorful food, heartfelt service, and public safety support
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow within the team
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
