? What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and food quality
Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and shift leadership
Manage inventory, food/labor costs, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
Foster a positive, accountable work culture focused on growth and team success
Drive store performance through local outreach, promotions, and customer engagement
Report to the Area Manager/Franchise Owner
? What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Hands-on management style and ability to work alongside your team
Comfortable using restaurant technology platforms for scheduling and reporting
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
Passionate about guest satisfaction and community involvement
