Position Summary:
The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Repairs and Manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for managing office functions while also providing support across Parts & Supplies Procurement, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Order Processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively coordinate with both internal teams and external customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily operations, ensuring a smooth flow between the office, warehouse, and repair teams.
- Partner with vendors to order parts, supplies, and shipping materials.
- Analyze and maintain inventory levels for the department, and make adjustments as necessary, including coordination of both monthly cycle counts and quarterly full counts.
- Process orders and collect payments for repair services and parts sales, as well as general data entry and clerical duties for the department.
- Greet walk-in customers, answer phones, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Assist with warehouse staff coordination and provide backup support for shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations when needed.
- Support additional project work and special initiatives as assigned by the Director.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office or operations management experience; recent experience in the ATM industry strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of parts ordering, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
- 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory systems a plus.
- Must be able to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs as needed.

The pay range for this role is:50,000 - 55,000 USD per year(CORD - Lewisville)
