POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Certinia PSA Consultant, you pride yourself on your ability to understand and execute clients needs. You are passionate about working with clients on solutions that will help their company reach its maximum potential. You know how to pivot and navigate through dynamic situations and know how to make informed decisions. You are detail-oriented and have the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. You are an expert in integrating Salesforce CRM with Certinia PSA to provide end to end solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementation and customization of Certinia PSA solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
- Configure and optimize Opportunity & Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management , Invoicing and Billing, and Revenue Management, Utilization and PSA analytics within Certinia PSA.
- Set up PSA Core Metadata, Workspace setup, Project/Resource/Work Planner/Gantt, Rate cards process setup and workflows for efficient project execution.
- Facilitate data migration using Data Loader or other ETL tools to ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop and deploy Flows, Salesforce configurations, and customizations to enhance functionality.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, system adoption, and user training to maximize ROI.
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve PSA processes, automation, and reporting capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA, including setup and configuration of core modules.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools’ scripting or customization languages (e.g., Apex for Salesforce- based PSA, SuiteScript for NetSuite).
- SQL - data modeling & experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reports).
- Implemented tools and solutions to help customers manage & automate operations, streamline tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with PSA.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and other migration tools.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Configuration, Customization, and Deployment.
PREFERENCES
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience with Enterprise projects.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
