Position Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Family Travel Advisor to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients to plan fun, stress-free family getaways, from theme park trips and beach vacations to adventure tours and all-inclusive resorts.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their family’s travel needs and preferences.
- Research and recommend family-friendly destinations, hotels, and activities.
- Book travel accommodations including flights, resorts, and excursions.
- Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
- Monitor deals and promotions suited for families.
- Stay informed about travel safety, documentation, and seasonal trends.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for travel and working with families.
- Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy.
- Customer service or travel industry experience is a plus but not required.
