The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated, high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth and engage enterprise-level prospects across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about outbound prospecting, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow into a future sales leader.
What You’ll Do
Identify & qualify new enterprise opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach.
Schedule high-quality meetings with key decision-makers (evaluators, influencers, and executives).
Partner with Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs) to build account strategies, move prospects through the funnel, and close deals.
Represent Foxit at field events, marketing activations, and channel partner activities across the territory.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, insights, and next steps in Salesforce.
Drive awareness and interest in Foxit’s enterprise-grade solutions — from secure document workflows to advanced eSignature capabilities.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Business Development, or a quota-carrying SDR/BDR role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage C-level executives.
Self-starter with a results-driven, hunter mindset.
Comfortable navigating enterprise buying cycles and large, complex organizations.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
