Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales process from order to delivery while ensuring exceptional customer experience. You’ll act as a liaison between our sales team, logistics providers, and customers, resolving any issues related to product shipments and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to the sales team by managing order processing, data entry, and CRM updates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery troubleshooting.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged shipments and proactively communicate solutions to customers.
Generate and maintain sales reports, invoices, and customer records.
Assist in developing and streamlining internal processes for improved order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Support the onboarding of new clients by guiding them through ordering procedures and product-related inquiries.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone calls.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and order management software.
A problem-solver mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Prior experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is a plus.
