Cass Health is seeking a friendly and customer-service-focused Concierge to join our Guest Relations team. This position serves patients and visitors by greeting and helping them at the main entrance, including getting the correct registration area or department, transporting, and valet parking. This position will also float to our Food Services Department on an as-needed basis.

Education and Experience Requirements
- EDUCATION:

    - HS diploma or equivalent
  - Preferred:
- LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
  - Required:
    - Valid Iowa Driver's License
  - Preferred:
- TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
  - Required:
    - Ability to take appropriate action in response to the situation at hand
    - Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions
    - Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
    - Excellent customer service skills
    - Ability to be flexible and demonstrate accountability

Essential Job Functions
- Ensures the highest level of customer service in all interactions.
- Communicates concerns and/or issues that arise in a timely manner to the appropriate person.
- Implement Valet Service for patients and visitors in an effort to provide a superior experience.
- Evaluate ambulation needs of patients and visitors and offer assistance with assigned scope, securing additional assistance from other appropriate Cass Health staff as necessary.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
