Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our clinical team in delivering comprehensive, high-quality direct outpatient care. In this role, you will foster collaborative clinical relationships, maintain precise documentation, champion excellence in pediatric patient care, and enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance in a supportive community setting.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide direct, high-quality pediatric patient care in accordance with facility protocols and operational standards.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely medical record documentation within 15 days of each patient encounter.
Consistently meet or exceed annual productivity targets measured by work Relative Value Units (wRVU).
Maintain active New York State licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and maintain medical center credentialing.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold active New York State (NYS) licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Pediatrics.
Successfully obtain and retain clinical credentialing through Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.
Successfully complete pre-employment background investigation, health testing, education/employment verifications, and professional reference checks.
