We are excited to invite an experienced and strategic-minded HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources department as part of the OWBC (Organizational Workforce Business Consulting) team. In this role, you will take on the critical responsibility of aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement, and driving leadership development across the organization. What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on human resources policies, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Support and implement leadership development initiatives to cultivate leadership pipelines and enhance managerial capabilities.
- Manage and oversee compensation frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continual improvement across the organization.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including feedback mechanisms and employee development plans.
- Provide expert guidance to resolve complex employee relations issues while fostering a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or closely related HR role.
- Proven expertise in Human Resources practices, including but not limited to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), leadership development, and compensation management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to guide decision-making and drive results.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
